About Me
I was born in 1968 in Hamburg's St. Pauli district. I live here, I feel at home here, and my art is created here. St. Pauli has captivated me. Gritty, where you can still meet originals. People who appear cool and rough on the outside, marked by life, but with big hearts. I like graffiti, stickers, and life itself. Not pristine, but awesome. My life has taken me to a wide variety of places and jobs. Starting as a stockbroker, then club owner in St. Pauli, and finally a dive guide in Belize. I have completed two vocational training programs in photography, travel, and tourism. I then worked as an art director at an advertising agency and, last but not least, as a sales representative in the banking sector. In 1999, the path was clear for my journey as an artist. I have been painting and photographing since childhood, though my focus is primarily on painting. The most important thing for me is that my pictures stand out. The choice of colors often makes them feel like a slap in the face. This makes them vibrant. It's probably due to my ADHD. With colors, I express my inner restlessness and find peace. They have to be an eye-catcher in the room, leaving nothing else to chance

Colors make me happy and are exciting. My paintings often contain a message meant to provoke thought. That's exactly what I want. I'm very happy when my paintings spark a dialogue between people with different perspectives. People who have bought my paintings can be found all over Germany. One particular painting hangs in Panama.
